I can't believe I let time slip by so fast. It's been five years since I started this account and four years since I abandoned it. I guess that puts me, shamefully, in the category of "One who left DA and came back". Even though there were many changes in my life, I kind of hoped that this community hasn't changed much. At least I will always see it as a place where I can express myself and appreciate others who do the same.

Four years. I would like to think that I have grown a lot since then. Just reading my old journal entries is somewhat amusing to reminisce about the things that were so significant to me at that moment in time. Anyway, life has taken many surprising turns. I already finished my Bachelor's and Master's, and I am currently living in the UK. Some of my old DA friends, if you are still there, might remember one of my photos of Bournemouth in 2003 during my winter holidays. Who would have thought that four years later I would end up living and studying here.

The most recent art-related decision I made was to take an interior design and 3D design course at the local arts institute following the completion of my Master's. It was very interesting but I don't think I'll be posting up any works in that field as yet. I still have a lot to learn and I still love photography above all. Next month I am getting a new D-SLR: Canon 500D. It will be my new toy and I hope to become more active on DA.
